Our Business

In 1974, over 35 years ago, we opened our business doors as Cecil Dean Construction.  We've been fortunate to have served hundreds of customers over the 35 years that we've been in business.  A large portion of our current business is due to our high percentage of repeat customers and customer referrals. 

In 2005, Cecil and Kevin teamed up to form a partnership so that we would be able to provide even better service and quality to our expanding customer base.  We changed the name to Dean Construction, LLC at the time of this expansion.

In 2007, Todd joined the team to help continue our improvements to our customer service and to provide design assistance for our new and returning customers.  Our goal is to ensure that each customer always receives the highest level of customer service possible and gets our help and support throughout every step of the construction project, from design to occupancy. 

Communication between the contractor and homeowner has always been the key to success for all of our construction projects, so good communication is the cornerstone of our business.

We've always been, and will always be, a family owned and operated business.  We look forward to working with you and your family on your next construction project.
